摘要
习近平总书记多次强调基层党组织的重要作用和职能定位,为公立医院基层党组织工作指明了方向。文章通过调查上海三级公立医院基层党组织有形覆盖和有效覆盖现状,梳理覆盖面和覆盖方式,探究遇到的问题并提出对策,以充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,加强公立医院党的建设,深入推进医药卫生体制改革和健康中国建设。
This paper investigates the tangible and effective coverage of grass-roots Party organizations in tertiary public hospitals in Shanghai,sorts out the coverage and coverage methods,explores the problems encountered and puts forward countermeasures,so as to give full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as the battle fortress,strengthen the Party building in public hospitals,and further promote the reform of the medical and health system and the construction of healthy China.
