摘要
为分析地方高校环境科学与工程学科师生教学观念现状,依据国内外高校优秀成果及冰山理论模型,结合问卷走访结果,利用层次分析法,基于西部某高校环境科学与工程系教师和学生打分,建立高校教师教学能力评价体系。根据教学评价体系师生不同的权重分配,对该系师生教学观念进行比较研究,发现学生更加关注教师的教学基本素养,教师则更侧重于教学基本技能。此外,提出了实现师生教学观念兼容的策略和建议,以期为环境科学与工程学科教学质量的提高奠定基础。
Based on the excellent achievements of domestic and foreign universities and the Iceberg Theory Model,combined with the results of questionnaire survey,this paper used the analytic hierarchy process to generate the teaching ability evaluation system of college teachers foranalyzing the current teaching concept of teachers and students in the field of environmental science and engineering in local universities,which was determined by the scores of teachers and studentsin the department of environmental science and engineering in a university in western China.Based on the different weight allocation of teachers and students in the teaching evaluation system,a comparative study was conducted on the teaching concept of the teachers and students in this department.It was found that students paid more attention to teachers’basic teaching qualities,while teachers focused more attention to basic teaching skills.In addition,strategies and suggestions were proposed to achieve compatibility of teaching concepts between teachers and students,in order to lay a foundation for the improvement of teaching quality in the department.
