摘要
学习型组织理论是适应终身教育和高等教育大众化的一种科学管理理论,与教学团队组织结构的内在特点具有契合性。基于学习型组织理论,文章探讨了学习型教学团队所具有的共同愿景、民主管理、创新超越的特点,同时提出了通过唤醒教师使命感、推动对话协商、鼓励创新探索等构建学习型教学团队的方略,旨在为高校思想政治理论课教学团队建设提供有益借鉴。
Strengthening the construction of the teaching team of the ideological and political theory course is the necessary measure for universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Learning organization theory is a scientific management theory that adapts to lifelong education and the popularization of higher education.This theory is consistent with the characteristics of teaching team organization.Based on the learning organization theory,this paper discusses the characteristics of the learning teaching team,including common vision,democratic management,innovation and transcendence.At the same time,it proposes the strategy of building a learning teaching team by awakening the teacher's mission,promoting dialogue and negotiation,and encouraging innovation and exploration.This paper aims to provide reference for the construction of the teaching team of ideological and political theory courses in universities.
