摘要
劳模精神作为一种文化精神,是中国特色社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分。高校作为弘扬中国特色社会主义先进文化的前沿阵地,理应成为弘扬新时代劳模精神的主阵地。该文探讨了劳模精神和校园文化建设的内涵,在此基础上分析新时代劳模精神融入高校校园文化建设对于学生、高校、社会的重要意义:有助于纠正学生固有的劳动观念偏差,有助于营造更充实的高校校园文化氛围,有助于打造昂扬向上的社会文化环境。该文提出了新时代劳模精神融入高校校园文化建设的有效路径,为探索高校校园文化建设提供更多可行模式。
The spirit of model workers,as a cultural spirit,is an important component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.As the forefront of promoting the advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,universities should become the main battlefield for promoting the spirit of model workers in the new era.This article explores the connotation of the spirit of model workers and campus cultural construction,and analyzes the important significance of integrating the spirit of model workers into the construction of campus culture in universities in the new era for students,universities,and society:it helps to correct the inherent deviation of students'labor concepts,create a more enriched campus cultural atmosphere,and create a positive social and cultural environment.This article proposes an effective path for integrating the spirit of model workers in the new era into the construction of campus culture in universities,providing more feasible models for exploring the construction of campus culture in universities.
