摘要
针对当前大学生劳模精神教育中存在的主要问题,分析了部分教育者对劳模精神教育理解不深入,开展劳模精神教育的途径不够丰富,劳模精神教育融入大学生思想政治教育的广度和深度不够,部分大学生参与劳模精神教育的主体性发挥不足.为此,提出了提升教育者对劳模精神教育的认知及重视程度,激发大学生学习劳模精神的内生动力,把劳模精神教育作为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的抓手和不断营造学习劳模精神的校园氛围的对策.
In view of the main problems existing in the current college students’labor model spiritual education,this paper analyzes that some educators do not understand the labor model spiritual education deeply,the ways to carry out the mental education of labor model are not rich,the scope and depth of the integration of the labor model spiritual education into the ideological and political education of college students are not enough,and some college students are not enough to play the main part in the labor model spiritual education.Therefore,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the awareness and attention of educators to the labor model education,stimulate the internal motivation of the students to study the labor model spirit,take the labor model spiritual education as the grasp of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values and constantly create the campus atmosphere of learning model spirit.
