摘要
上海某三甲医院原污水处理站采用AO工艺,近年来由于水质、水量变化,在实际运行中出现生化系统崩溃、污水处理站臭味严重、污泥未得到有效处置等问题,导致原处理系统无法正常运行。本次改造充分利用污水站的空间布局,将原有处理工艺改造为“水解酸化+MBBR”工艺,并增设门诊污水的预处理系统、臭气处理系统及污泥脱水系统等。改造后系统出水水质稳定达标,臭气得到有效净化,污泥得到有效处置。
The Anoxic and aerobic process process was adopted in the original sewage treatment station of a a class III class A hospital in Shanghai,In recent years,because of the vary of the water quality and quantity,there are many problems arise,such as the collapse of biochemical system,the stink of sewage treatment station,and the sludge can not be effectively disposed,so the original treatment system can not operate normally.This transformation makes full use of the space layout of the sewage station and the original treatment process design is transformed into“Hydrolytic acidification+MBBR”,and adds a pre-treatment system of outpatient sewage,an odor treatment system and a sludge dewatering system.After the transformation,the the effluent quality of the treatment system meets the standard stably,the odor is effectively purified,and the sludge is effectively disposed.
