摘要 河北某三级甲等医院地下生活污水处理站建于2007年。处理站原采用典型的“水解酸化+接触氧化+沉淀+石英砂过滤+消毒”处理工艺,设计出水水质执行《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466-2005)表2的排放标准。在处理站实际运行中存在接触氧化池内填料脱落严重、曝气效果不佳、污水处理站臭味严重、污泥未得到有效处置及系统不能及时排泥等问题,原处理系统无法正常运行。利用污水站空间布局,将原处理工艺设计改造为“水解酸化+MBBR+沉淀+石英砂过滤+消毒”工艺,并增设废气处理系统及污泥脱水系统后,整个处理系统运行稳定,出水水质达标,污泥得到有效处置,处理站及医院院区内空气质量明显提升。 The underground domestic sewage treatment station of a class Ⅲ class a hospital in Hebei was built in 2007. The treatment station originally adopted the typical treatment process of "hydrolysis acidification + contact oxidation + sedimentation + quartz sand filtration + disinfection", and the designed effluent quality complies with the discharge standard in Table 2 of the discharge standard of water pollutants for medical institutions(gb18466-2005). In the actual operation of the treatment station, there are some problems, such as serious falling off of fillers in the contact oxidation tank, poor aeration effect, serious odor in the sewage treatment station, ineffective disposal of sludge and timely discharge of sludge in the system. The original treatment system cannot operate normally. Using the spatial layout of the sewage station, the original treatment process design is transformed into "hydrolysis acidification + MBBR + sedimentation + quartz sand filtration + disinfection" process, and after adding the waste gas treatment system and sludge dewatering system, the whole treatment system operates stably, the effluent quality meets the standard, the sludge is effectively disposed, and the air quality in the treatment station and hospital area is significantly improved.
