摘要
利用原有设备设施对粮食筛下物处理工艺进行改造,优化了筛下物处理工艺,提高了原粮过筛效率和筛下物处理效率。测试结果表明:改造后平均过筛产量是改造前的1.64倍;有效作业时间增加56倍;每吨原粮过筛成本降低8.54元;单线打包作业中筛下物处理效率相比改造前提高39.51%;双线打包和散装出库作业可以实现当天过筛作业产生筛下物的100%处理。改造后的筛下物处理工艺由露天作业变为室内作业,作业效率提高,作业成本降低,安全系数提高,可为大批量粮食过筛除杂提供参考。
In this paper,the original equipment and facilities were used to transform the processing technology of the grain sifting residue,and the processing technology was optimized,and the processing efficiency was optimzed.The test results showed that the average screening output after transformation was 1.64 times of that before transformation;the effective operation time was increased by 56 times;the screening cost per ton of raw grain was reduced by 8.54 yuan;in the single line packaging operation,the treatment efficiency of screen residue was 39.51%higher than that before the transformation;in the double line packing and bulk out warehouse operation could achieve 100%treatment of undersize materials generated during screening operation on the same day.After the transformation,the treatment process of undersize materials had changed from open-air operation to indoor operation.The operation efficiency had been improved,the operation cost had been reduced,and the safety factor had been improved.This paper could provide a reference for screening and impurity removal of large quantities of grain.
