摘要
新中国成立以来,我国劳动教育政策的演变经历了初塑、调整、发展三个阶段。政策目标经历了工具价值向育人价值的转变,政策内容经历了体能教育向素养教育的转变,政策实施途径从学校主导向多方联动转变。今后,我国劳动教育政策应以人为本,准确定位劳动教育政策目标;与时俱进,不断丰富劳动教育政策内容;多方联动,共建劳动教育政策实施格局。
Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,the evolution of our country’s labor education policy has experienced three stages:initial planning,adjustment and development.The policy goal has experienced the changes from tool value to education value.The policy content has undergone the transformation from physical education to quality education.Policy implementation approaches change from school-led to multi-linkage.In the future,the policy of labor education in China should be people-oriented.Keeping up with the times,the content of China’s labor education policy should be constantly enriched.Engaging multi-parties,a general pattern of the implementation of labor education policy should be constructed.
