摘要 建国以来,我国劳动教育政策大致经历了初塑、调整、发展3个阶段,呈现出体能教育-技术教育-素养教育的变迁图景。每个阶段教育目的与实践路径的表现形式不一,但是变迁动力与外生的社会政治、经济需求总体相适应:变迁形式从单一走向整合,变迁路径以自上而下推进为主。未来我国劳动教育政策应从唤醒自身内生驱动力出发,“因地制宜”和“因校制宜”地制定本土化劳动教育政策,共建多方联动的“教育大格局”,以驱动劳动教育为我国培养更多具有符合时代新需求的社会主义建设者和接班人。 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s labor education policy has roughly gone through three stages:initial molding,adjustment and development,showing a changing picture of physical education,technical education and literacy education.The manifestations of the educational purpose and practice path at each stage are different,but the driving force of change is generally adapted to the exogenous social,political and economic needs:the form of change changes from single to integrated,and the change path is mainly promoted from top to bottom.In the future,China’s labor education policy should start from awakening its own endogenous driving force,formulate localized labor education policies“according to local conditions”and“school conditions”,and jointly build a multi-party linkage“education pattern”,so as to drive labor education to cultivate more socialist builders and successors in line with the new needs of the times for China.
