摘要
大径材是国家重要的资源之一,国家储备林是我国开展木材战略储备基地建设的重要举措。以2010一2021年的木材产量、木材进口量和木材需求量数据为基础,基于国内木材市场的供需现状,对木材供给量及需求量进行趋势分析及预测。结果表明:近年来,随着社会经济的不断发展,木材需求量总体呈上升趋势;国内木材总量不足,小径材多大径材少,而国家储备林建设是精准提升森林质量的重要工程,对于解决木材供应、实现“碳中和”目标具有重要作用。通过分析国家储备林的建设现状与发展策略,以期为各地开展国家储备林基地建设提供参考。
Large-diameter timber is one of the important strategic resources,and the national reserve forest is an important measure for China to construct strategic timber reserve base.Based on the data onwood production,wood import,and wood demand in the 12 years from 2010 to 2021,we analyzed and forecasted the trend of wood supply and demand based on the current supply and demandstatus of the domestic timber market.The results showed that in recent years,with the continuous development of the social economy,the overall demand for wood had an upward trend.Limited by the shortage of total domestic wood,there was more small-diameter wood compared to the production of large-diameter timber.The national reserve forest is an important project targeted to improve the quality of forests,which plays an important role in solving the task of wood supply and achieving carbon neutrality.Our article put forward suggestions on the development strategy of the national reserve forest,aimed to provide a reference for the construction of the national forest reserve bases in various places.
