摘要
目的探究脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)联合心肌肌钙蛋白I(Cardiac Troponin I,cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,MYO)检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的价值。方法回顾性选取2022年3月—2023年3月青岛市即墨区第二人民医院收治的115例急性心肌梗死患者及同期65名健康体检人员的临床资料。将115例急性心肌梗死患者设为观察组,65名健康体检人员设为对照组。所有研究对象均进行BNP、cTnI、MYO检测。对比两组各指标水平,分析各指标单独及联合检测急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。结果观察组BNP、cTnI、MYO水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。BNP、cTnI、MYO联合检测的特异度、灵敏度、准确度分别为92.31%、88.70%、90.00%,高于各项指标单独检测。结论急性心肌梗死患者与健康人员体内的BNP、cTnI、MYO水平均存在较大差异,且使用上述3项指标进行联合检测的诊断效能较高,可作为临床治疗的参考依据。
Objective To explore the value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)combined with myocardial troponin I(cTnI)and myoglobin(MYO)in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 115 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Jimo District Second People′s Hospital of Qingdao City from March 2022 to March 2023 and 65 healthy physical examination personnel in the same period were retrospectively selected.115 patients with acute myocardial infarction were set as the observation group and 65 healthy personnel were set as the control group.All objects were tested for BNP,cTnI and MYO.The level of each index between the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic value of single and combined detection of each index was analyzed.Results The levels of BNP,cTnI and MYO in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of BNP,cTnI and MYO in the combined detection were 92.31%,88.70%and 90.00%,which was higher than the single detection.Conclusion The levels of BNP,cTnI and MYO in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly different from those in healthy objects,and the combined detection of these 3 indexes had higher diagnostic efficacy,which could be used as a reference for clinical treatment.
