摘要
“互联网+”法律诊所依托互联网技术实现社区式法律诊所实践教学,是新型的法学特色实践教学模式。该教学模式利用线上社区式法律诊所APP,创新“三导师制”,将高校丰富的师生资源下沉到基层社区,通过法律诊所实践课堂将诊所式法律教育与基层社区法律咨询、法制宣传结合起来,为社区居民提供基础的法律服务,强化公益法治供给,既有利于提升公共法律服务质量,又有利于培养具有实践经验、坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路的基层法治人才。
“Internet+”legal clinics rely on Internet technology to realize the practice teaching of community-based legal clinics,and forms a new practice teaching model with legal characteristics.This teaching model uses the online community-based legal clinic app and innovates the“three-tutorial system”to bring the abundant teachers and students resources of colleges and universities to the grassroots communities.Through the legal clinic practice class of law undergraduates,the clinical legal education is combined with legal consultation and legal publicity in grassroots communities,so as to provide basic legal services for community residents and deliver the legal supply of public welfare.It has not only improved the quality of public legal services,but also trained grassroots legal talents with practical experience who follow the socialist path of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
