摘要
面对中国的法学教育问题,一部分高校已开始了行动,在美国福特基金资助下,开展了诊所式教育实验,这将是一种可行的模式,能为法学院学生提供社会实践机会,增强大学生的社会责任感,满足法学教育的实践需要,也使高校成为我国法律援助制度体系的一部分,为我国法制建设增加一份资源。
In view of the law educational crisis in China, a few universities and colleges have reacted to the serious situation. With the sponsorship of the American Ford monetary fund, they have started clinical education. This is a feasible style that provides the students in School of Law with social practices, builds up their sense of social responsibility, to meet the practical need of law education. It can also turn our universities and colleges into an indispensable part of our legal aid system and provide constructive resources to our legal system.
