摘要
装配式住宅电气设计对于满足住宅功能需求至关重要。在设计过程中,需要合理规划设备布置和线路敷设,优化电气设计方案,提高住宅的电气安全性和配合装配工艺施工。为了适应装配式建筑的特点,电气设计需要与模块化构件相匹配,提高施工效率,本文结合实际装配式住宅项目,探讨电气设计的优化措施。电气管井的设计,采用强、弱电气管井合用的方案,设备布置合理,有效减少公摊面积;配电箱位置的设计,采用强、弱电箱上下同轴布置方案,减少现场浇筑混凝土,提高装配施工效率;电气管线敷设方面,在吊顶内敷设管线,提高装配率和美观性,户内的管线分离率达到60%,减少施工的复杂性,方便后期检修维护。优化后的电气设计方案,能够满足装配式住宅的各项功能需求,显著提升住宅的电气安全性和施工效率。
The electrical design of prefabricated residential buildings is crucial for meeting the functional requirements of residential buildings.In the design process,it is necessary to plan equipment layout and line laying reasonably,optimize electrical design schemes,improve electrical safety of residential buildings,and cooperate with assembly process construction.In order to adapt to the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,electrical design needs to be matched with modular components to improve construction efficiency.This article combines practical prefabricated residential projects to explore optimization measures for electrical design.The design of electrical pipe wells adopts a scheme of combining strong and weak electrical pipe wells,with reasonable equipment layout and effective reduction of shared area;The design of the distribution box position adopts a coaxial arrangement scheme for the upper and lower parts of the strong and weak electrical boxes,reducing onsite pouring of concrete and improving assembly construction efficiency;In terms of electrical pipeline laying,laying pipelines in suspended ceilings improves assembly efficiency and aesthetics.The indoor pipeline separation rate reaches 60%,reducing construction complexity and facilitating later maintenance and repair.The optimized electrical design scheme can meet the various functional requirements of prefabricated housing,significantly improving the electrical safety and construction efficiency of the residence.
