装配式建筑电气优化设计与案例分析

摘要 装配式建筑由于其便捷性,近年来应用越来越广泛。本文根据装配式建筑的工艺特点,对装配式建筑电气设计要点进行了剖析,并依托某装配式住宅项目,从电气点位、强弱电箱定位、电气管线敷设等角度对装配式建筑电气设计实例分析。结果表明:装配式建筑的电气设计更需要多部门的配合,装配式建筑电气设计人员不仅要掌握电气设计理念,还要明确装配式建筑体系的优化措施。 Prefabricated buildings have become increasingly widely used in recent years due to their convenience.This article analyzes the key points of electrical design for prefabricated buildings based on the process characteristics of prefabricated buildings.Based on a certain prefabricated residential project,an example of electrical design for prefabricated buildings is analyzed from the perspectives of electrical point positioning,strong and weak current box positioning,and electrical pipeline laying.The results indicate that the electrical design of prefabricated buildings requires the cooperation of multiple departments.Electrical designers of prefabricated buildings not only need to master the electrical design concept,but also clarify the optimization measures of the prefabricated building system.
