摘要
论述装配式建筑中公共部位电气系统的管线设计及套内住宅电气预埋配管设计的几种常用做法((1)采用标准化预制构件生产技术;(2)电气配管与建筑结构体系采用分离设计;(3)采用集成楼盖的电气配管技术),并对其进行分析、比较和总结;介绍整体厨房、整体卫浴技术,以及工业化住宅建筑的防雷与接地设计。
This paper discusses the design of piping of electrical system in public part of prefabricated building and several common practices in the design of embedded piping in residence((1) standardized prefabricated component production technology;(2) separation design for electrical piping and building structure system;(3) electrical piping technology of integrated floor system), and analyses,compares and summarizes them, introduces the integrated kitchen, and integrated bathroom technology, and the lightning protection and earthing design of industrialized building.
