摘要
随着装配式建筑的大力发展,PC构件的需求也多种多样,但不同种类和尺寸的PC构件模具不能重复利用,制造成本高且维护维修困难。为此,从模具设计的角度发散思维提出一种全新的拼块式通用模具设计理念,可实现模具标准化组装,模具零件批量化生产,使构件模具生产提高速度,降低预制构件的成本,推动装配式建筑在我国的大量使用。
With the development of prefabricated building, PC fabricated parts demand is also diverse, but different types and sizes of PC fabricated parts mold can not be reused, manufacturing cost is high and maintenance is difficult. Therefore, divergent thinking from the perspective of mould design in this paper, a new split-block general prefabricated mold design concept, which can realize standardization of mold assembly and mass production mold parts, enhance prefabricated mold production speed, reduce the cost of the prefabricated, promote the using of prefabricated building in our country.
