摘要
文化振兴是乡村振兴的灵魂,是推动乡风文明、实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。农耕文化是乡村文化的核心,如今正面临传承断代、濒临消亡的困境,成为多元文化振兴的掣肘。文章从农耕文化地域多样、植根乡土、历史传承、民族融合等多重特征入手,从教育学的视角分析其潜在的德智体美劳多重教育价值;以乡村学校为载体,刻画其历史新定位,重申乡村教师的“新乡贤”身份,通过开设校本课程、编纂农耕文化教材、设计农耕文化活动等途径将农耕文化有机融入乡村学校中,进而培育出“知农爱农”的知识分子,推动乡村文化的繁荣发展助力文化振兴。
Cultural revitalization is the soul of rural revitalization,and it is an important tool to promote rural civilization and realize rural revitalization.Farming culture is the core of rural culture,but now it is facing the predicament of broken inheritance and dying out,which has become a constraint to the revitalization of multiculturalism.Starting from the multiple characteristics of farming culture,such as geographical diversity,rootedness,historical inheritance,and ethnic integration,the article analyzes its potential educational value of ethics,intellect,physicality,aesthetics,and labor from a pedagogical point of view;using the rural school as a carrier,the article portrays its new historical position,reaffirms the identity of rural teachers as"new rural sages",and provides a new educational value of agricultural culture through the establishment of school-based curricula,compilation of cultural teaching materials,and design of cultural events and activities.By providing school-based curriculum,compiling farming culture teaching materials,and designing farming culture activities,farming culture is organically integrated into rural schools,thus cultivating intellectuals who"know farming and love farming"and promoting the prosperity of rural culture to help cultural revitalization.
