摘要
在要素市场化配置改革快速推进的背景下,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率发挥着重要影响。基于中国2011—2020年省级层面数据,实证检验互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率的影响及机制。研究发现:互联网发展能够显著提升农业劳动力配置效率;异质性分析发现,在沿海和内陆地区,互联网发展都能够提高农业劳动力配置效率,且在内陆地区的影响幅度更大;在户籍制度改革之后,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率产生显著的推动作用;在农业劳动力配置效率越低的地区,互联网发展对农业劳动力配置效率的影响幅度越大;机制分析结果表明,互联网发展会通过降低农业资本价格扭曲渠道提高农业劳动力配置效率。
In the context of the rapid advancement of factor market allocation reform,exploring the impact of Internet development on agricultural labor allocation efficiency can provide new ideas for promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on China's provincial-level data from 2011 to 2020,the study empirically analyzes the impact of Internet development on agricultural labor allocation efficiency and its mechanism by using the actual agricultural labor productivity ratio over the potential agricultural labor productivity to measure agricultural labor allocation efficiency indicators.The study finds that Internet development can significantly improve agricultural labor allocation efficiency,and the conclusion passes the robustness test.Internet development can improve agricultural labor allocation efficiency in both coastal and inland areas,and the magnitude of the impact is greater in inland areas;Internet development has a significant impact on agricultural labor allocation efficiency only after the reform of the household registration system;and the magnitude of the impact of Internet development on agricultural labor allocation efficiency is greater in the areas with lower agricultural labor allocation efficiency.Internet development will improve agricultural labor allocation efficiency by reducing the distortion channel of agricultural capital prices.Internet development can significantly increase agricultural labor productivity.Internet development in peripheral areas can improve the local labor allocation efficiency.
