摘要
质量时代离不开质量人才的支撑,而课程是人才培养的核心。文章以飞行器质量与可靠性专业核心课程为研究对象,以岗位能力为导向,从课程目标、课程内容、实验教学、课程师资等方面开展课程建设,设定以岗位能力形成为核心的课程目标,打造与之匹配的课程内容,构建专业知识串讲式课程链,磨合课内实验实用度,完善课程师资队伍建设,达到了较好的实施效果。
The era of quality cannot be separated from the support of quality talents,and curriculum is the core oftalent cultivation.The article takes the core courses of Aircraft Quality and Reliability as the research object,guided by job abilities,and carries out course construction from the aspects of course objectives,course content,experimental teaching,and course faculty.It sets course objectives with job abilities as the core,creates matching course content,constructs a professional knowledge lecture style course chain,adapts to the practicality of in class experiments,improves the construction of course faculty,and achieves good implementation results.
