摘要
目的探究本院院内制剂金翘解毒口服液在盆腔炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的60例盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用本院院内制剂金翘解毒口服液,比较两组患者治疗后的体温异常率、住院费用、C-反应蛋白指标、降钙素原指标及患者满意度。结果治疗后,观察组体温异常率为10.00%(3/30)低于对照组的33.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的C-反应蛋白和降钙素原指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎患者加用本院院内制剂金翘解毒口服液进行联合治疗,临床效果显著,不仅能显著改善患者的临床指标,还能缩短治疗周期,促进患者康复,提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid,an internal preparation of our hospital,in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received the addition of our hospital's internal preparation Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group's treatment.The rates of abnormal body temperature,hospitalization costs,C-reactive protein indicators,procalcitonin indicators,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,the abnormal rate of body temperature in the observation group was 10.00%(3/30),which was lower than the control group's 33.33%(10/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter hospitalization time and lower hospitalization costs compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<o.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with our hospital's internal preparation Jinqiao Detoxification Oral Liquid has a significant clinical effect.It can not only significantly improve the patient's clinical indicators,but also shorten the treatment cycle,promote patient recovery,and increase patient satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
