摘要
目的观察理冲汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法将80例气虚血瘀型SPID慢性盆腔痛的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组采用理冲汤加减治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较2组疗效、中医症候积分、疼痛评分等指标。结果治疗后,研究组下腹疼痛积分为(0.82±0.79)分,低于对照组的(1.20±0.88)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组、对照组腰骶胀痛积分分别为(0.73±0.68)、(1.01±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医症候总积分、体征总积分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线的曲线下面积为0.819,对照组为0.702,表明研究组疗效更佳。结论理冲汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型SPID慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效显著,能够有效缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Lichong Decoction in treating chronic pelvic pain of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic pain of SPID differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with modified Lichong Decoction,while the control group was treated with routine western medicine.The curative effect,score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of lower abdominal pain was(0.82±0.79)in the study group,which was significantly lower than(1.20±0.88)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lumbosacral pain in the study group and the control group were(0.73±0.68)and(1.01±0.89)respectively,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms and signs in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was 0.819 in the study group and 0.702 in the control group,which indicated that the effect of the study group was better.Conclusion Modified Lichong Decoction is effective in treating chronic pelvic pain of patients with SPID differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stasis,which can effectively alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
