The construction of digital platform for property management services is of great significance for improving service quality,enhancing management efficiency,optimizing user experience and reducing operation costs.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the construction of the digital platform for property management services,analyze the background and significance of its construction,and discuss in detail from the aspects of platform requirement analysis,design and construction,so as to provide useful references for the practice and research of digital transformation of property management.
