摘要
在现代小区物业管理特点的基础上,设计了一个基于Internet技术,面向城市住宅小区服务的物业管理系统。方案采用ASP.NET技术和B/S与C/S相结合的体系结构,实现了物业管理资料的共享,并为动态、高效的管理小区物业提供了一个现代化的管理工具,并给出了系统的设计思想、主要功能及实现过程。
On the basis of speciality of modernizational property management, a plan based on the technology of Internet, for the management system for Property management. The plan adopts the system and configuration of combining the ASP. NET with B/S and C/S, realizing the share of the property management information,of managing, providing a modern tool for managing subdistrict＇s property dynamincally and effectively. The design thinking,main function, realizing process of this system are introduced.
