摘要
移动互联技术的快速发展改变了传统物业管理中存在的信息滞后性问题,基于移动互联模式下的智慧物业管理系统是实现物业管理服务模式创新的有力工具。以移动通信网络为平台,利用ASP.NET和WEB开发完成智慧物业管理系统,为物业管理人员和社区居民提供了及时、便捷的社区物业服务,对提高物业服务效率,节省人工成本具有实际意义。
The rapid development of mobile internet technology has changed the information lag in traditional property management,and smart property management system based on mobile internet is a powerful tool to realize the innovation of property management service mode.This paper takes mobile communication network as the platform and uses ASP.NET and WEB development to complete the intelligent property management system,which provides timely and convenient community property services for property managers and community residents,and has good practical significance in improving the efficiency of property service and saving labor costs.
