Building integration photovoltaic technology(BIPV)is an important way to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction in the construction industry.Taking the third China International Solar Decathlon(SDC2022)as an example, this paper compared the characteristics of 15 participating works in building integration photovoltaic. The new trends in the building integration photovoltaic were analyzed from four dimensions:aesthetic performance, structural integration, functional composite, and performance improvement. It was pointed out that in terms of aesthetic performance,a positive and explicit form was formed through the appearance of photovoltaic module materials and photovoltaic arrays;Adopting flexible combinations of different types of photovoltaics in construction to derive multiple application scenarios; In terms of functionality, photovoltaic power generation is multi-dimensionally integrated with the functions of lighting, heat collection, shading, and protection of building envelopes; In terms of performance, the photovoltaic orientation and tilt angle, heat dissipation design, and electrical system are integrated to improve production efficiency. The analysis provide new ideas for the promotion and application of integrated building and photovoltaic technology.
