摘要
目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者采用玉屏风颗粒联合西药治疗的具体影响.方法选取2020年1月-2022年12月江西省上栗县人民医院收治的COPD稳定期患者80例,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组.对照组40例予以常规西药治疗,在对照组基础上,研究组40例加用玉屏风颗粒治疗.对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]、中医证候积分、6min步行距离、肠道菌群失调率、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大肺活量(FVC)、最大呼吸中期流速(MMEF)]和不良反应发生情况.结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-6、CRP水平和中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后6min步行距离长于对照组,肠道菌群失调率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FEV1、FVC、MMEF高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论玉屏风颗粒联合西药治疗效果明确,利于改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,纠正肠道菌群紊乱,有助于减轻患者炎性反应和临床症状,提升患者运动耐力,且未出现严重毒副作用,具备临床实施意义与应用价值.
Objective To analyze the specific effects of Yupingfeng granule combined with Western medicine in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods A total of 80 COPD patients admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group treated 40 cases with conventional western medicine,and the study group treated 40 cases with Yupingfeng granule.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],TCM syndrome score,6min walking distance,intestinal flora disorder rate,pulmonary function index[forced respiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),maximum vital capacity(FVC),maximum mid-respiratory flow rate(MMEF)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and TCM syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The walking distance 6min after treatment in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the rate of intestinal flora disturbance was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1),FVC and MMEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with Western medicine has clear therapeutic effect,which is conducive to improving pulmonary function in stable COPD patients,correcting intestinal flora disorders,reducing inflammatory response and clinical symptoms of patients,and improving exercise endurance of patients,without serious side effects,which has clinical significance and application value.
