摘要
目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷结合西医常规治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的临床效果。方法:将肺肾气虚型COPD患者70例按照1:1比例随机分为西医治疗组和中西医结合组各35例。西医治疗组患者予西医常规治疗,中西医结合组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上予冬病夏治穴位贴敷,两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、6 min步行距离、30 s坐立次数和动脉血气变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者肺功能、6 min步行距离、30 s坐立次数和动脉血气指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);中西医结合组患者肺功能、6 min步行距离、30 s坐立次数改善优于西医治疗组(P<0.05),动脉血气指标两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷结合西医常规治疗能改善肺肾气虚型COPD患者肺功能和运动能力。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of acupoint application for treating winter disease in summer and conventional Western medicine in the treatment of COPD of lung and kidney Qi deficiency pattern.Methods:Seventy COPD patients of lung and kidney Qi deficiency pattern were randomly divided into Western medicine treatment group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group according to the ratio of 1:1,35 cases in each group.Western medicine treatment group only accepted conventional Western medicine,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated by acupoint application for treating winter disease in summer based on conventional Western medicine,both groups were treated for eight weeks.To observe the changes of pulmonary function,six-minute walking distance(6 MWD),the times of sitting and standing within 30 seconds and arterial blood gas before and after treating between both groups.Results:After treating,pulmonary function,6MWD,the times of sitting and standing within 30 seconds and the indexes of arterial blood gas were improved compared with these before treating(P<0.05);the improvements of pulmonary function,6 MWD,the times of sitting and standing within 30 seconds of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were superior to these of Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in the indexes of blood gas between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application for treating winter disease in summer and conventional Western medicine could improve pulmonary function and movement of the patients with COPD of lung and kidney Qi deficiency pattern.
