摘要
针对教学中智能仓库PLC编程,由于场地和设备限制无法根据实际智能仓库的控制要求编写PLC程序并进行现场验证的问题,提出了基于PLC和Factory IO的智能仓库实训仿真新方案,分析了使用Factory IO软件搭建智能仓库数字化虚拟场景的过程和智能仓库控制程序的工艺流程,并通过Factory IO软件创建虚拟场景对编写PLC程序的合理性和准确性进行验证,最终完成了基于PLC和Factory IO软件的智能仓库控制实训仿真,达到了提高学生对智能仓库PLC程序编程调试的实训目的。
Aiming at the problem that the PLC programming of intelligent warehouse in teaching cannot be compiled and verified on the spot according to the control requirements of actual intelligent warehouse due to the limitation of site and equipment,a new training simulation scheme of intelligent warehouse based on PLC and Factory IO is proposed,and the process of building digital virtual scene of intelligent warehouse using Factory IO software and the technological process of intelligent warehouse control program are analyzed,the rationality and accuracy of the written PLC program are verified through the virtual scene created by Factory IO software,and finally the training simulation of intelligent warehouse control based on PLC and Factory IO software is completed,which achieve the training purpose of improving students′programming and debugging of intelligent warehouse PLC programs.
