摘要
根据系统控制要求,构建以西门子S7-1200型PLC作为系统的主控制器,采用变频器和三相异步电机拖动立体仓库码垛机,采用触摸屏控制和监视整个系统的运行,结合立体仓库本体,搭建了工业自动化立体仓库的实验控制平台。对立体仓库的每一个库位编址,采用传感器和定位片作为库位的定位装置,并依此来寻址,以实现码垛机的精确定位。经过反复测试,系统运行稳定,满足系统的控制要求。本系统可以提升仓储系统的自动化水平,减少劳动强度,降低人工成本。
According to the system control requirements,the Siemens S7-1200 PLC has been used as the main controller of the system.The inverter and three-phase asynchronous motor have been used to drag the stacker for three-dimensional warehouse.The touch screen has been adopted to control and monitor the operation of the entire system,in combination with the warehouse itself,the experimental control platform for industrial automation three-dimensional warehouse has been set up.Each storage location of the three-dimensional warehouse has been addressed,and sensors and positioning sheets have been used as the positioning device of the storage location,while addressing has been performed accordingly to achieve the precise positioning of the palletizer.After repeated tests,the system runs stably and meets the control requirements of the system.This system can improve the automation level of the storage system as well as reduce labor intensity and costs.
