摘要 针对矿山智能化建设的需求和传统的监控手段智能化程度低且不够直观问题,结合数字孪生理念,构建了基于数字孪生技术的矿井提升机液压制动系统可视化监控和故障诊断平台。面向液压制动系统设备,利用3Dmax工具搭建几何模型,融合Ansys软件模拟的仿真数据、设备实际运行参数,再结合Unity3D多种引擎,构建了液压制动系统孪生场景。采用多种数据传输方式对多源异构数据进行采集、传输,达到虚实结合的效果,利用机器学习的方法,实现对液压制动系统故障的监测及诊断,有效的提升矿井提升系统整体运行效率和智能化水平,为矿山智能化建设提供参考。 Aiming at the demand of mine intelligent construction and the problem that the traditional monitoring means are not intelligent and intuitive,combined with the concept of digital twin,a visual monitoring and fault diagnosis platform of mine hoist hydraulic brake system based on digital twin technology is constructed.For hydraulic brake system equipment,3Dmax tool was used to build a geometric model,combined with the simulation data simulated by Ansys software and the actual operating parameters of the equipment,and combined with a variety of engines of Unity3D,the twin scene of the hydraulic brake system was constructed.A variety of data transmission methods are used to collect and transmit multi-source heterogeneous data to achieve the effect of virtual and real combination.The method of machine learning is used to realize the fault monitoring and diagnosis of the hydraulic brake system,effectively improves the overall operation efficiency and intelligent level of the mine lifting system,and provides reference for the intelligent construction of the mine.
