摘要
针对“纺纱学”教学过程中存在的主要问题,文章构建了“一中心、四维度、四融合”的教学模式,遵循“以学生为中心”的理念,从优化教学团队、整合教学内容、创新教学方法、改革评价方式4个维度,通过校-企-校融合共建教学团队、理虚实融合整合教学内容、线上线下混合式教学融合案例法和讨论法等方法实施教学、过程性评价与结果性评价相融合实现考核评价覆盖学生学习全过程。该模式得到了师生的认可,教学效果显著提升,学生的工程实践能力、创新能力、学习主动性和学习效率显著提高。
In response to the main problems in the teaching process of“Spinning”,this paper constructs a teaching model of“one center,four dimensions and four fusions”,following the concept of“student-centered”.From four dimensions:optimizing the teaching team,integrating teaching content,innovating teaching methods and reforming evaluation methods,it implements teaching through methods such as school-enterprise-school integration and co-construction of teaching teams,integration of theory,virtual and reality integration of teaching content,integration of online and offline mixed teaching case study and discussion methods,and integrates process evaluation and outcome evaluation to achieve assessment and evaluation covering the entire learning process of students.This model has been recognized by teachers and students,and the teaching effect has significantly improved.Students’engineering practice ability,innovation ability,learning initiative and learning efficiency have significantly improved.
