摘要
国际邮轮虚拟仿真实训系统是国际邮轮乘务管理专业利用虚拟现实技术定制开发的具有教学、培训、展示、应急演练等综合功能的软件实训系统,为国际邮轮乘务管理专业混合式教学改革和人才培养方式提供了依托的平台,在新技术融入传统课堂的过程中,出现线上资源与线下资源融合不畅、教师构建虚拟仿真实训课堂能力欠缺的掣肘问题,通过虚实结合互补,平面化资源与立体化资源结合,线上+线下混合式教学开展,校内资源与校外资源结合,信息化教师与专业技能教师培养的方式,对国际邮轮乘务管理专业进行混合式教学改革实践探索。
The virtual reality training system of international cruise ship is a software system with comprehensive functions such as teaching,training,display,and emergency drills customized by the international cruise hospitality management professional using virtual reality technology.It provides a platform for the mixed teaching reform and talent training of international cruise hospitality management majors.In the process of the integration of new technologies into traditional classrooms,there have been problems of poor integration of online resources and of⁃fline resources,and the lack of teachers’ability to construct virtual simulation training classrooms.Practice and explore the mixed teach⁃ing reform of the international cruise hospitality management major tthrough the combination of virtual and real complementarity,the com⁃bination of planar resources and stereoscopic resources,the combination of online and offline teaching,the combination of on-campus re⁃sources and off-campus resources,and the cultivation of information teachers and professional skills teachers.
