高职院校现代学徒制育人模式存在的问题与对策刍探——以山西水利职业技术学院摄影测量与遥感技术专业为例

摘要 现代学徒制实施以来,我国各试点单位进行了一系列探索实践,虽已初步形成具有特色的现代学徒制,但在实践过程中仍面临诸多困境。文章首先分析现代学徒制育人模式存在的问题,然后以摄影测量与遥感技术专业为例,对现代学徒制育人实践进行探讨,提出构建“双主体”育人机制、签订合作协议、建立互聘共用的双导师队伍、创新人才培养模式及深化课程教学改革五项对策。该育人模式成效显著,已在一定范围内得到推广应用,以期为同类院校相关专业提供参考借鉴。 Since the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,various pilot units in China have conducted a series of explorations and practices.Although a distinctive modern apprenticeship system has initially been formed,it still faces many difficulties in the practical process.The article first analyzes the problems existing in the modern apprenticeship education model,and then takes photogrammetry and remote sensing technology as an example to explore the practice of modern apprenticeship education.It proposes five strategies:constructing a"dual subject"education mechanism,signing cooperation agreements,establishing a dual mentor team for mutual employment and sharing,innovating talent training models,and deepening curriculum and teaching reforms.This educational model has achieved significant results and has been promoted and applied within a certain range,with the aim of providing reference and reference for related majors in similar universities.
