摘要
【目的】智能制造工程人才培养是与制造企业进行深度产教融合的过程,需要运用科学有效的人才培养模式,以培养出高水平的技术技能型人才,适应高层次学徒制发展需要。【方法】课题组从分析智能制造工程人才培养模式产生背景出发,探索出一种全新的人才培养模式,开展校企合作,实行理实结合,学校招生与企业招聘同步进行,在人才培养过程中融入OBE教学理念,将启发式、互动式、沉浸式等多种形式结合,构建一种满足基于高层次学徒制的智能制造工程专业要求的人才培养模式,从人才培养目标定位、课程体系的构建、教学方法的具体实施、评价体系的优化等方面进行改革实践,保证人才培育效果,从而培养出适应社会发展需要的高素质技术技能型人才。【结果】采用校企“双主体”育人机制,在招生上利用学校招生录取,同时与企业用工一体化的招生形式,从企业和社会需求出发,可以增强学生的学习能力与创新能力,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的智能制造工程类人才,为企业本身带来相应的价值。
[Objective] The training of intelligent manufacturing engineering talents is a process of deep integration of production and education with manufacturing enterprises. It is necessary to use the correct talent training mode to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of high-level apprenticeship development. [Method] Starting from the analysis of the background of the intelligent manufacturing engineering talent training mode, the research group explores a new talent training mode, carries out school-enterprise cooperation, implements the combination of theory and practice, synchronizes the school recruitment and enterprise recruitment, integrates the OBE teaching concept in the talent training process, combines heuristic,interactive, immersive and other forms, and builds a talent training mode that meets the requirements of intelligent manufacturing engineering specialty based on high-level apprenticeship system. The reform practice is carried out in some aspects such as the orientation of talent training objectives, the construction of curriculum system, the concrete implementation of teaching methods and the optimization of the evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of talent training, so as to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the needs of social development. [Result] Adopting the “double main body” education mechanism of schools and enterprises, using the enrollment form of colleges and integrating with the employment of enterprises,starting from the needs of enterprises and society, can enhance students’ learning ability and innovation ability, cultivate intelligent manufacturing engineering talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor, and bring corresponding value to enterprises themselves.
