城市轨道交通车载弓网监测系统软件方案研究

摘要 接触网是城市轨道交通基础设施的重要组成部分,良好的弓网关系是城市轨道交通列车安全有序运营的必要条件。文章针对刚性悬挂接触网和城市轨道交通车辆的技术特点,研发出一款适用于城市轨道交通移动装备运营场景的车载弓网监测系统软件。该软件可以实现对接触网参数进行多源数据采集、存储和定位,并能够进行故障实时识别、诊断和报警,还可对线路弓网关系的各项指标进行全面分析和评估,可为线路供电管理部门现场养护维修提供数据支撑。将该系统软件结合车载弓网监测硬件系统,搭载于某型城市轨道交通试验列车,并在国家环行铁道试验基地城市轨道交通试验线上开展软件动态调试和验证,结果显示软件的各项功能参数均满足城市轨道交通弓网监测的需求。 OCS is an important part of railway infrastructure,and a good pantograph-OCS relationship is a necessary condition for the safe and orderly operation of urban rail transit trains.Targeting the technical characteristics of rigid OCS and urban rail transit vehicles,an onboard pantograph-OCS monitoring software suitable for urban rail transit mobile equipment operations is developed.This software is capable of automatically collecting,storing,and locating multi-source data on the OCS parameters,and can identify,diagnose,and alarm faults in real time,and it can also comprehensively analyze and evaluate various indicators of the pantograph-OCS relationship on the line,providing data support for on-site maintenance and repairs by the power supply management department.This software system,in combination with the onboard pantograph-OCS monitoring hardware system,is installed on a certain type of experimental urban rail train and has undergone dynamic software debugging and verification on the urban rail test line of the National Circular Railway Test Base.The results show that all functional parameters of the software meet the requirements of urban rail transit pantograph and OCS monitoring.
