摘要 作为接触网平顺性检测的主要内容,硬点检测对于保障重载铁路预防恶性弓网事故有着重要作用。相较于传统电学传感器检测技术,MEMS光纤传感技术的硬点检测系统具有不需供电、良好绝缘性能等优势,可以作为替代传统电学类检测设备的检测系统。以神华号运营电力机车为平台,以接触网硬点检测监测为目标,根据朔黄铁路应用特点,研制基于MEMS光纤传感器技术的重载铁路接触网硬点车载监测系统软硬件,其具备重载铁路接触网硬点指标在线监测、故障预警、智能分析、自动上传等功能。神华号运营电力机车已进行朔黄铁路上下行接触网实时硬点检测,获取大量有效硬点监测数据并生成测试结果分析报表,完成了系统设备在朔黄铁路现场的示范应用。 As the main indicator of catenary smoothness detection,hard spot detection plays an important role in preventing malignant pantograph-catenary accidents in heavy haul railways.Compared with traditional electrical sensor detection technology,the hard spot detection system of MEMS fiber optic sensing technology has advantages such as no power supply and good insulation performance,which can be used as a replacement for traditional electrical detection equipment.Taking Shenhua Electric locomotive as the platform,this paper aimed to detect catenary hard spots and developed software and hardware for an on-board monitoring system of heavy-haul railway catenary hard spots based on MEMS optical fiber sensing technology according to the application characteristics of Shuohuang Railway.The software and hardware had the functions of online monitoring of heavy-haul railway catenary hard spot indicators,early fault warning,intelligent analysis,automatic data upload,etc.With Shenhua Electric locomotive in operation,this paper carried out real-time hard spot detection on the up line and down line of Shuohuang Railway,obtained a large number of effective hard spot monitoring data,generated test result analysis reports,and completed the demonstration application of system equipment on the Shuohuang Railway.
