摘要
车站群组化管理模式是一种新型城市轨道交通管理模式,通过对城市轨道交通车站设备管理、业务、服务的改进、重构、升级,将多座车站进行集中监控、统一管理,提升车站管理效能、节省人力资源,可达到“控员、降本、增效”的目的。结合国内智慧车站建设情况及现有技术水平,针对票务与客服、设备监控、消防值守等方面深入研究分析,提出匹配群组化管理模式的车站机电系统方案,为车站群组化管理模式推广应用提供参考。
Station grouping management mode is a new type of urban rail transit management mode,through the improvement,restructuring and upgrading of urban rail transit station equipment management,business and service,centralized monitoring and unified management of multiple stations to improve station management efficiency and save human resources,which can achieve the objectives of"controlling staff,reducing costs and increasing efficiency".Purpose Combined with the construction of domestic intelligent stations and the existing technical level,it makes an in-depth study and analysis on ticketing and customer service,equipment monitoring,fire watch,etc.,and puts forward a proposal of station electromechanical system that matches with the group-based management mode,which provides a reference for the promotion and application of the group-based management mode in the stations.
