摘要
针对贴面生产线教学脱离实际的问题,提出了一套虚拟仿真教学系统方案。以贴面生产线为研究对象,通过三维建模和QEM算法对模型结构进行搭建并简化;引入层次包围盒和改进蚁群相结合的混合碰撞检测算法Sphere-OBB-MACO,优化碰撞效果;将渲染后的模型、动画和声音导入Unity3d中,完成场景交互开发,实现了场景漫游等多种功能。研发了高仿真度的贴面生产线虚拟仿真教学系统,支持场景漫游、设备拆装、动画教学功能。系统提升了学员的学习代入感,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,深化了对贴面生产线结构和操作的理解,为学生未来的工程实践提供了强大的支持,具有显著的实际应用价值。
In response to the issue of the detachment of veneer production line teaching from practical applications,this paper proposes a set of solutions for a virtual simulation teaching system.Focusing on the veneer production line,the paper utilizes three-dimensional modeling and the QEM algorithm to construct and simplify the model structure.It introduces a hierarchical bounding box and a hybrid collision detection algorithm Sphere-OBB-MACO,aiming to optimize collision effects.The rendered models,animations,and sounds are then imported into Unity3d for scene interaction development,enabling functionalities such as scene roaming.The paper successfully developed a highly realistic virtual simulation teaching system for the veneer production line,supporting functions like scene roaming,equipment disassembly,and animation teaching.The system enhances students'learning immersion,stimulates their interest,improves learning efficiency,and deepens their understanding of the structure and operations of the veneer production line.It provides robust support for students'future engineering practices,offering innovative solutions to real-world problems in related fields,and possesses significant practical application value.
