摘要
马来西亚华文教育具备从小学、初中到大学的完整教育体系,但因时代更迭变化以及独特的多元文化背景,致其面临语言障碍、文化融合、教育资源不均衡等方面的挑战,从而影响稳步发展。因此,在保留优良传统的同时,要促进各族群文化的融合,推动华文教育多元化发展。首先,政府需制定多语言教育政策,推广个性化语言学习计划,华校要采用更具灵活性的教学策略,以满足不同层次学习者的需求;其次,引入跨学科文化融合实践,使学习者全面理解和体验多元文化;最后,建立监测机制,定期评估教育资源公平分配情况。通过一系列措施,着力构建更具包容性和公平性的华文教育体系,使华文教育在多元文化背景下实现更加全面的发展。
Chinese education in malaysia has a complete education system from primary school,junior high school to university,but due to the changing times and unique multicultural context,it faces challenges in terms of language barriers,cultural integration,and imbalance of educational resources,which affects its steady development.Therefore,while preserving fine traditions,it is necessary to promote the integration of various ethnic cultures and promote the diversified development of Chinese education.Firstly,the government needs to develop multilingual education policies and promote personalized language learning plans.Chinese schools should adopt more flexible teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners at different levels;secondly,introducing interdisciplinary cultural integration practices to enable learners to fully understand and experience multiculturalism;finally,establish a monitoring mechanism and regularly evaluate the fair distribution of educational resources.Through a series of measures,we will focus on building a more inclusive and equitable Chinese education system,enabling Chinese education to achieve more comprehensive development in a multicultural context.
