摘要
为了更好地控制盾构机推进姿态及保证成型隧道的质量,结合通用型管片在实际工程中的应用,提出管片超前量、盾尾间隙变化量的简易计算方法,为盾构机操作手提供清晰、精准的选点依据。通用型管片的应用有其具体特点:当盾构机处于直线段时,可以将相邻两环管片封顶块对拼;当盾构机处于曲线段时,则将封顶块F拼装在相应部位实现转弯;当某侧的盾尾间隙偏小,则把封顶块F拼装在其正面对面再逆时针选旋转一个点位的位置,并且能够平衡两侧油缸的行程差。实践表明计算方法易行、可靠,贯彻选点理念拼装成型的管片破损、错台、渗水概率极大降低,应用效果良好。
To improve the control of the shield machine's advancing attitude and ensure the tunnel quality,a simple calculation method of segment lead and shield tail clearance variation is proposed,combined with the application of the universal type segment in practical engineering.This provides a clear and accurate point selection basis for the shield machine operator.The application of the universal segment features distinct characteristics.In straight sections,the sealing block of the adjacent two rings can be matched.In curved sections,the sealing block F is assembled at the corresponding position to realize turning.In case of a small shield tail clearance one side,the sealing block F is assembled on the opposite side of the front and then rotated counterclockwise by a point position,and the stroke difference of the two cylinders can be balanced.Practical application confirms the ease and reliability of the calculation method.It significantly reduces the likelihood of segment breakage,misalignment,and water seepage,resulting in an effective application.
