摘要
为了保证盾构法隧道的施工质量,推导了盾构隧道施工中隧道设计轴线、管片成型轴线和盾构机推进轴线三者之间的关系,建立了通用管片排版优化与纠偏控制计算方法,开发了相应的软件,并将其应用于宁波市轨道交通1号、2号线盾构施工中。结果表明该计算方法和软件符合工程要求,为高效安全施工提供了保障。
In order to guarantee the construction quality of tunnel by shield method,the relationship among three parts of tunnel design axis,segment forming axis and shield machine advancing axis in the shield tunnel construction is deduced,the composing optimization and deviation rectifying control computation method is established,and the relative software is developed,which are used in the shield construction of Rail Traffic Line 1 and 2 of Ningbo City.The result shows that the computation method and software satisfy the engineering requirements,and provide the guarantee for the high efficient safe construction.
