摘要
轨道交通的持续建设和地下空间大力度开发使得盾构隧道施工环境日益复杂,而软土地区土层特性使得施工难度和风险更高。结合实际工程针对软土盾构隧道设计提出以下技术措施:①基础补偿+洞内顶托的被动联合桩基托换技术;②基于BIM管片自动排版和选型技术;③洞外加固+混凝土箱体洞内临时封闭接收技术。从设计源头上解决了实际工程中的技术问题,显著提高施工准确度并降低了工程风险,为软土地区类似工程实践提供了可借鉴的经验。
The construction conditions of shield tunnels are becoming increasingly complicated with the continuous expansion of rail transit and the rapid development of underground space.In addition,the special characteristics of soft soils greatly add to the difficulty and risk of tunnel construction.In this work,the following techniques for the design of shield tunnels in soft soil are presented based on practical projects:1)compensation in the foundation area and the underpinning pile foundation of undercut tunnels,2)automatic typesetting and selection for segments based on building information modeling(BIM),and 3)a receiving scheme for shield tunnel by means of foundation reinforcement and receiving in water in a concrete box.Technical problems encountered in actual tunnel projects are dealt with from design aspect,which significantly reduces the project risk.This work provides references for similar engineering practice in soft soils.
