摘要
结合福州地铁滨海快线盾构隧道通用环管片设计,通过对管片衬砌超前量解算,并计算不同管片拼装点位对盾尾间隙、推进千斤顶油缸行程差、管片姿态等选型关键因素的影响,提供一种管片选型思路,同时给出典型线型下通用环管片拼装组合。
In this paper,based on the design of universal ring segment for shield tunnel of Fuzhou Metro Line F1,through the calculation of the leading amount of this type of segment,and calculating the influence of different segment assembly points on the shield tail clearance,the stroke difference of propulsion jack cylinder,segment State and other key factors,this paper provides a kind of segment selection idea,and gives the typical linear general ring segment assembly combination.
