摘要
目的评估舒适护理干预在门诊阑尾炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2022年10月-2023年6月盐城市第一人民医院收治的62例门诊阑尾炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(舒适护理),每组31例。比较两组护理响应时间、心理状态、满意度指标差异。结果观察组护理响应时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑自评量表评分为(41.78±7.12)分、抑郁自评量表评分为(38.54±6.89)分显著低于对照组的(49.82±7.91)分、(48.29±7.73)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.206、5.243,P均<0.05);观察组总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预在门诊阑尾炎患者护理中能够有效缩短护理响应时间,改善患者心理状态,并提高患者满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comfort nursing intervention in outpatient nursing of appendicitis pa-tients.Methods A total of 62 outpatient patients with appendicitis treated in Yancheng First People's Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(rou-tine nursing)and observation group(comfort nursing)by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Nursing response time,psychological state and satisfaction index were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing response time of the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety scale(41.78±7.12)points and depression scale(38.54±6.89)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(49.82±7.91)points and(48.29±7.73)points,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=4.206,5.243,both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Comfort nursing intervention in outpatient appendicitis patients can effectively shorten the nursing response time,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase patient satisfaction,which has important clinical appli-cation value.
