摘要
目的:研究对于阑尾炎手术患者应用标准化舒适护理的效果。方法:于蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2020年4月至2022年8月收治的阑尾炎手术患者中随机抽取60例,分为对照组(30例,常规护理)和观察组(30例,标准化舒适护理),对比两组实施效果。结果:观察组术中SBP、HR显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后GCQ、术后1dVAS、SAS/SDS评分、满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于阑尾炎手术患者采取标准化舒适护理可有效稳定其术中体征指标,有效改善不良情绪,提高围术期舒适度,并缓解术后疼痛感,更能取得患者认可和满意。
Objective:To study the effect of standardized comfort nursing for patients undergoing appendicitis operation.Methods:60 cases of appendicitis operation patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from April 2020 to August 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(30 cases,standardized comfort nursing),and the implementation effect of the two groups was compared.Results:SBP and HR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).GCQ,postoperative 1dVAS,SAS/SDS scores and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing appendicitis operation,standardized comfort nursing can effectively stabilize the intraoperative signs and indicators,effectively improve the adverse mood,improve the perioperative comfort,and relieve the postoperative pain,which can be recognized and satisfied by patients.
