摘要
目的研究阑尾炎手术运用舒适护理的具体临床效果。方法参与此次研究的患者共计48例,主要是选取的我院2018年12月至2019年5月期间收治的阑尾炎手术患者,采用摸球法将研究对象随机分配为两组,每组24例患者,对照组阑尾炎手术患者需要运用常规护理方式,而观察组阑尾炎手术患者需要在常规护理的基础上采用舒适护理,对比两组患者肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、护理满意度以及并发症发生率等。结果观察组阑尾炎手术患者运用舒适护理后肠鸣音恢复时间(22.29±6.14)h、胃肠功能恢复时间(15.68±3.45)d,对照组阑尾炎手术患者采用常规护理肠鸣音恢复时间(37.58±7.42)h、胃肠功能恢复时间(22.69±5.61)d,通过对比来看,观察组患者的临床指标更优于对照组,且并发症发生率也更低,组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于阑尾炎手术护理工作中对促进患者恢复、提升术后安全性有积极作用。且能够降低患者在住院期间的不良事件发生率,保障护理安全,构建良好的护患关系,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study specific clinical effect of comfortable nursing in appendicitis surgery.Methods We chose 48 patients participated in the study,mainly patients undergoing appendicitis surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 as study subjects,divided them into two groups with ball method randomly,24 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comfort care on the basis of routine nursing.Compare anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and gastrointestinal function recovery time,nursing satisfaction and complication rate,etc of two groups.Results Recovery time of bowel sounds in observation group after appendicitis surgery patients was(22.29±6.14)h and recovery time of gastrointestinal function(15.68±3.45)d after comfortable nursing.Recovery time of bowel sounds in control group was(37.58±7.42)h,gastrointestinal function recovery time(22.69±5.61)d,by comparison,clinical indicators of observation group were better than control group,and incidence of complications was lower.There were differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing has positive effect on promoting recovery of patients and improving postoperative safety during appendicitis surgery,can reduce incidence of adverse events during hospitalization,ensure nursing safety,and build good nurse-patient relationship,which is of high application value.
