摘要
人类增强技术增强人类能力,却也可能异化为桎梏社会发展的危险力量,造成自然系统紊乱、社会公平危机、人类主体客体化。其原因在于技术合自然性和反自然性之间的博弈使得人类增强技术在应用后果上存在一定程度的不确定性。社会的理性分裂致使人们在效率思维的支配下将人视为某种工具性的存在。而一些科研人员缺乏伦理反思,跨越禁区进行危险技术行为,将导致异化风险的深化。为此,人们需要自觉践行技术“善”用,遵循“负责任创新”理念,积极推进人文主义规范建设,将人类增强技术发展控制在合理的“度”的范围内,使其真正造福于社会。
While enhancing human ability,human enhancement technology may also have the potential to become a dangerous force hindering societal development,leading to disruptions in natural system,crises in social justice and the objectification of humanity.Fundamentally,the reason for this phenomenon lies in the struggle between the compatibility and incompatibility of technology with nature,which leads to a certain degree of uncertainty in the application consequences of human enhancement technology itself.The rational division of society causes people to regard human beings as some instrumental existence under the domination of efficiency thinking.Some researchers lack ethical reflection,engaging in risky technological behaviors beyond ethical boundaries,which exacerbates the risks of alienation.To transcend the alienation of human enhancement technology,people need to consciously practice the"ethical"use of technology,follow the concept of"responsible innovation",actively promote the construction of humanistic norms,control the development of human enhancement technology within a reasonable"bound",thereby truly benefiting society.
