Human"public ownership"faces multiple criticisms such as the metaphysics of the end of history, the finite nature of freedom, and the loss of control in movement.Contemporary emerging enhancement technologies have produced superhumans, meaning that humans,as species, integrate and develop together with emerging enhancement technologies.Human enhancement is a redefinition of Marx's concepts of the"real world"and the"human world",especially as it opens up a new future tense pointing towards"public ownership"for humanity.Under the emerging enhancement technologies,a new community based on carbon-silicon interconnection has formed a new"collective productivity",which is the driving force for human beings to move towards"public ownership".Under the proposition of enhancing human"strong collective power",human development will surpass traditional production relations with more diverse scenarios and directionality. The greatest contribution of emerging enhancement technologies to"public ownership"lies in fundamentally addressing individual differences in abilities, eliminating the"unfair premise"of fairness, removing the"initial conditions"of private ownership, and greatly enriching the fair essence of"public ownership".
